김 영 주

현재 서강대학교 영문학과에서 교수로 재직하고 있다. 연세대학교에서 영문학을 전공하여 학사와 석사 학위를, 미국 Texas A&M University에서 영문학 박사학위를 취득하였다. 20세기 영국문학 및 여성문학 강의를 맡고 있으며, 주요 연구 분야로는 현대 및 최근 영국소설, 모더니즘, 문화지리학, 영국성 등이 있다. 최근에는 한국버지니아울프학회가 주관한 울프전집번역에 참여하여 버지니아 울프의 소설 『세월』 및 에세이를 번역하였다.
 
Youngjoo Kim is a professor of English literature at Sogang University. She studied in Yonsei University and received her Ph. D. from Texas A&M University. She teaches modern and contemporary British literature and culture. Her research interests include the studies in twentieth and twenty first century British literature and culture, modernism, cultural geography, and Englishness. She has published on Virginia Woolf, Jean Rhys, Kazuo Ishiguro and contemporary British writers. She recently translated Virginia Woolf’s novel The Years and her short stories and essays.

현재 서강대 영문학과 영미어문 전공 교수로 재직 중이며, 2008년 미국 Texas A&M University에서 “Gothic Authors/Ghost Writers: The Advent of Unauthorized Authorship in Nineteenth-Century American Gothic Literature”로 영문학 박사학위를 받았다. 2010년에 서강대 영문학과에 임용된 이후 초기 및 19세기 미국 문학, 고딕 문학, 대중문학 등을 가르치며 공부하고 있다. 최근에는 흡혈귀 문학에 초점을 맞추어 18세기 이후 영어권 문학이 인종, 젠더, 계급 등의

문제들을 재현하는 양상을 ‘흡혈의 정치학’이라는 주제어를 통해 연구하고 있다.
Jang, Ki Yoon is a faculty member of the Department of English at Sogang University. She got her Ph. D. in English at Texas A&M University, U.S., in 2008, and worked there as a full-time postdoctoral lecturer for 2 years. Joining Sogang in 2010, Jang has been teaching and publishing scholarly writings about early and 19th-century American literature, gothic literature, and popular literature. Her recent research interest lies in vampire studies, with special focus on how English literature since the 18th century has been representing racial, gender, and class issues in a way that could comprise the ‘politics of vampirism.’

현재 서강대 영문학과에 교수로 재직하고 있다. 서강대학교에서 영문학을 전공하여 학사와 석사학위를 받았으며, 미국 Purdue University에서 박사학위를 받았다. 현대와 최근 미국 문학, 문학비평 강의를 맡고 있으며 관심 연구 분야로는 교외지역, 도시문제, 트라우마, 미국고딕문학 등이 있다. 현재 뉴욕을 배경으로 한 다양한 문화텍스트에 대한 책을 집필 중이다.
Eunju Hwang is Professor of English at Sogang University in Seoul, Korea. She teaches courses on modern and contemporary American fiction. Her research interests include suburban studies, urban studies, trauma studies, and American Gothic literature. She has published on William Faulkner, Don DeLillo, Shirley Jackson, and Richard Matheson. She is currently working on a book on various cultural texts set in New York City.

Richard Bonfiglio  

서강대 영문학과에서 교수로 재직하고 있으며 현재 영문학 대학원 과정 디렉터를 담당하고 있다. 빅토리아 작품과 문학을 가르치며, 관심연구 분야는 코스모폴리터니즘, 메모리, 정동, 이탈리아 리소르지멘토이다. Victorian Literature and Culture, Nineteenth-Century Contexts, Dickens Quarterly, Modern Philology 와 Victorians: A Journal of Culture and Literature에 글을 출판하였다.

Richard Bonfiglio is Professor of English and Director of Graduate Studies in English literature at Sogang University. He teaches Victorian literature and culture, and his current research interests include cosmopolitanism, memory, affect, and the Italian Risorgimento. His articles have appeared in journals such as Victorian Literature and Culture, Nineteenth-Century Contexts, Dickens Quarterly, Modern Philology, and Victorians: A Journal of Culture and Literature.   

Dan Disney 

현재 서강대 영문학과에서 교수로 재직 중이며, 20세기, 현대 시를 강의하고 있다. 관심연구 분야로는 20세기말, 21세기초 영어권 국가들의 시 번역, 창조성, 그리고 창작이다. 학술지 출판 뿐 아니라, 책 리뷰, 공동 번역, 그리고 수상 경력이 있는 시인이다.

Dan Disney is a professor with the English Literature Program at Sogang University, and teaches courses in 20th century and contemporary poetry. His areas of research interest include late 20th and early 21st century poetry from across the Anglosphere, poetry in translation, creativity, and creative writing in learned language contexts. As well as publishing scholarly papers, book reviews and, occasionally, co-translations, he is also an award-winning poet.
